How to Schedule the Party

It is best to plan for activities for the whole party so that there is never a slow moment. You don't have to do ALL of the activities you had planned, but you should have a backup in case not all of the children like playing musical chairs, or pin the tail on the donkey. 

Here is where DominO's Magic Show keeps everything active, fun, and energized at your child's birthday party. 

Birthday parties are best enjoyed when they run smoothly.
The ideal party should run 2 1/2 to 3 hours 

May we suggest the following schedule:
TIME: The time you want the party to start from (say 1pm)

1:00 PM - Open the doors! The guests are arriving! Your birthday child greets each guest as they arrive. Gifts should be placed in a big decorated box to be moved out of the general activity area and opened at the END of the party, following the birthday cake! 

1:30 PM - All the guests have arrived - Martin DominO arrives, and greets the birthday child and their guests, and amidst silly bits of business sets up with the children and starts the magic show!

2:15 PM / 2:45 PM - Show concludes. Depending on your chosen party service, Martin DominO can also make JEST BALLOONS, hand out MAGIC GOODIEBAGS with a quick magic lesson for your guests, present the birthday child with a PERSONAL MAGIC KIT as appropriate

2:45 PM - Hungry guests eat birthday snacks! Birthday cake is lit, "Happy Birthday" to birthday child, and cake is devoured!

3:00 PM - Last minute details for goodie bags, balloons and gifts. Children are arranged in a big circle, and it is time to open presents!

3:15 PM - Presents are opened, and children begin playing with new gifts. 

3:30 PM - Time for a quick game, or some last minute snacks,  
as parents will being picking children up from the party 
(1:00 - 3:30ish is the perfect length party for most children!)
